Martin Dineen

Founder & Director

With a decade of recruitment and management experience gained working in senior roles in Australia and the UK & Ireland, Martin identified a niche in the market for a specialist Office Support recruitment consultancy that provides a high level of service while treating such business critical positions with the respect they deserve- managed by a senior and experienced recruiter with an extensive network, commercially mature understanding of the industry and ability to provide consultative counsel.

Throughout Martin’s career, relationships have been at the forefront of his approach with clients, candidates and colleagues alike. He strives to create a truly enjoyable office environment as he sees the importance of people enjoying their work. In turn, this ensures that clients can have confidence in a long standing and stable team of consultants. Engaging an agency, leaving a position or starting a job search, can be a daunting experience. Martin strives to ensure that MJD Executive¹s service will make that transition as seamless as possible, even enjoyable!


Genevieve Keane

Principal Consultant

Genevieve was based in an Account Management role in Ireland for 5 years, specialising in recruitment, selection and client management before moving to Australia. Arriving here, she initially gained exposure within the Insurance industry, before joining MJD Executive in early 2015, where she continues to grow a strong recruitment portfolio that has developed nationally.

Genevieve’s success has seen her role evolve from Candidate Manager, to Specialist Consultant, Senior Consultant, Principal Consultant and now Client Services Manager. She maintains a thriving portfolio of clients and candidates across the legal industry, whilst leading a team of Consultants and contributing with invaluable input to operational matters alongside our management team. Genevieve is dedicated to the successful growth of her clients and candidates, always looking to add value to their goals and objectives.

Genevieve is an exceptional role model to the MJD Executive staff and is highly regarded by her client and candidate portfolios and peers. Currently studying her Diploma in Leadership & Management she will continue to grow as a significant leader for our business.


Samantha Meanwell

Specialist Recruitment Consultant⁩

With a background in people orientated roles, moving in to the recruitment space was always of interest to Samantha and has quickly become second nature to her. Helping individuals with something as valuable as their career gives her much pleasure and has driven her to early success in her recruitment career. She has excelled as an office support recruiter, quickly forming a specialisation in the legal support market. We are incredibly proud of her ability to build immediate trust with her clients and candidates, achieved by having honest and open conversations offering effective and efficient solutions. Samantha brings a fabulous energy and enthusiasm to our team with fresh ideas on how to best obtain positive outcomes for her clients and candidates.

Clare O’Brien

Candidate Manager

Clare is an experienced recruiter who thrives on building trusting relationships with quality candidates, strengthening MJD Executives network of new and existing relationships. Understanding and facilitating an individual’s specific desires when it comes to their career motivates Clare to achieve results beyond expectation and fits in with the MJD Executive philosophy perfectly. With an interest in public relations and marketing Clare is diligent in working with advanced technologies and modern recruitment tools that allow her to source and engage with the caliber of talent that MJD Executive endeavors to represent on a consistent basis.

Clare works very closely with our team of Consultants sourcing for a breadth of office support roles across the professional services sector including Executive Assistants, Personal Assistants, Legal support professionals, Team Assistants, Secretaries, Marketing & Sales Coordinators, HR Coordinators and Corporate Receptionists. Her ability to build immediate trust and commitment from the people that she engages with is an asset to our team.


Andrea Cohen

Specialist Recruitment Consultant

Andrea is a recruitment industry professional with solid experience working for a global firm who specialise in the recruitment of executive level talent in the professional services sector. This experience, combined with over 9 years in the finance sector working in support roles herself, provides a deep understanding of what a high quality candidate in the support market looks like. Recruiting for Executive Assistants, Personal Assistants and other office support professionals, Andrea prides herself on her mature business acumen and ability to match both skill sets and the all-important culture and Executive ‘fit’.

Welcomed in to the MJD Executive team as a referral, Andrea brings a strong network of relationships within the professional services sector, both clients and candidates. Her specialisation will remain within this specialised industry sector where she can add consultative value to her key stakeholders.


Michael Adams

Specialist Recruitment Consultant – Temporary

Michael is an experienced contract recruiter with extensive operational and commercial experience across the recruitment industry in Australia. Having joined MJD Executive as a Specialist Recruitment Consultant, Michael focuses on placing contract and temporary roles for Executive Assistants, Personal Assistants and other office support professionals for some of the most highly regarded firms and organisations in Australia. Michael is dedicated to matching best-fit candidates to elite roles, enhancing value to the candidates working experience’s and the companies ability to meet their objectives.

Moving from Scotland to Australia in 2015, Michael transitioned his career from Commercial Banking into Contract Recruitment where he has built an in-depth understanding of the temporary industry in particular. Displaying a high level of professionalism and genuine care for the recruitment process, Michael is adept at building strong, trusting relationships with clients and candidates alike. He is well connected to the MJD Executive values, taking immense pride in representing our clients and candidates with matters as important as their organisations culture and their individual careers. He epitomises quality of delivery, standard of service and longevity of relationships and we are proud to have him as a member of the MJD Executive team.

Andrew Murphy

Specialist Recruitment Consultant

Andrew is an experienced Consultant with a background spanning both internal and agency based recruitment. He has worked internationally in Ireland, Australia and New Zealand and has experience recruiting call centre staff and support roles right through to senior management positions. Andrew has a passion for people and so developing and maintaining strong working relationships is a core part of what he does incredibly well. Creating positive outcomes for his clients and candidates drives him to succeed and is one of the most important parts of why he loves what he does. Andrew prides himself on delivering exceptional service from the beginning of the process right through to after care and relies upon his extensive industry knowledge to add value to his stakeholders. Andrew is a true team player who enjoys working collaboratively with his colleagues – which makes him a perfect fit for the MJD Executive culture.

Caroline Butler

Head of Operations

Caroline is our talented Head of Operations, responsible for maintaining and improving on operational matters on behalf of our Director and the MJD Executive team. With the right tools, processes and a high level of support our team is well equipped to efficiently and effectively find solutions for our valued stakeholder needs. Finding ways to surpass expectations and continuously innovate and improve on the way that we deliver results to our clients and candidates is a big part of the MJD Executive philosophy and why Caroline was handpicked for her role. Having worked in recruitment with Martin previously Caroline has an innate understanding of recruitment practices and the MJD Executive ethos, as well as valuable client management experience of her own. (Not to mention an excellent understanding of wines!)


Harriet Crennell

Specialist Recruitment Consultant

After obtaining a Psychology degree in 2015 Harriet decided to pursue a commercial career that would allow her to utilise her studies and her confident relationship building skills.

With previous experience working in recruitment back in Ireland in 2013, she moved in to a Consulting role and hasn’t looked back. With a passion for helping people and understanding what drives them, consulting in the recruitment space has proven to be the perfect fit for Harriet. At MJD Executive Harriet specialises in the recruitment of temporary professionals for the legal support sector. With such a strong portfolio of clients and candidates across the legal market, she delights in supporting our key contacts with transient solutions that provide relief and support for all parties involved.


Tanya Nanscawen

Operations, Business Development & Marketing

With more than 15 years’ experience working in the recruitment industry Tanya continues to choose a specialisation in the office support sector, as she enjoys seeing the positive impact that these vital roles can have on a business when the right talent is engaged. As a previous colleague of Martins, Tanya is supportive of his professional yet personable approach to business and desire to make the recruitment process sincerely enjoyable for all involved.

Even whilst leading teams and managing business operations, Tanya always maintained a strong recruitment portfolio of her own, as developing close client and candidate relationships that sought guidance to ensure the right career move was being considered, or the right hire was being made, is what she enjoys most. Also experienced working as an Internal Consultant managing recruitment assignments, coaching line managers to improve their selection processes and supporting senior management with advice in relation to their recruitment functions, Tanya is able to identify with the challenges from an in-house perspective when approaching a recruitment assignment.
