With a decade of recruitment and management experience gained working in senior roles in Australia and the UK & Ireland, Martin identified a niche in the market for a specialist Office Support recruitment consultancy that provides a high level of service while treating such business critical positions with the respect they deserve- managed by a senior and experienced recruiter with an extensive network, commercially mature understanding of the industry and ability to provide consultative counsel.

Throughout Martin’s career, relationships have been at the forefront of his approach with clients, candidates and colleagues alike. He strives to create a truly enjoyable office environment as he sees the importance of people enjoying their work. In turn, this ensures that clients can have confidence in a long standing and stable team of consultants. Engaging an agency, leaving a position or starting a job search, can be a daunting experience. Danielle Loader

General Manager

Danielle has over a decade of recruitment industry experience, spanning across both London and Sydney. Specialising in the recruitment of office support professionals, Danielle has built a strong network of loyal clients and candidates in the Sydney market and focuses on building long term, lasting relationships that she continues to add value to.

Danielle consistently maintains high standards through her genuine desire to understand the individual needs of her client’s business and candidate’s career aspirations. She provides her networks with a consultative approach, giving a highly professional yet personal service, consistently working to tight deadlines and always giving honest feedback.

With Danielle’s knowledge, experience and personal touch, clients can be assured that their brand will be represented with an exceptional level of professionalism and care at all times. Managing, mentoring and leading the Sydney office, Danielle ensures that her high levels of professionalism is engrained in every one of her team members so that all clients and candidates will experience the highest level of service. She supports each consultant on an individual level, offering training and development whilst promoting a fun and positive working culture.

Genevieve Keane

Principal Consultant

Genevieve was based in an Account Management role for 5 years in Ireland specialising in management, recruitment and selection before moving to Australia. On moving to Australia, Genevieve gained exposure within the Insurance industry for 2 years. Utilising her skills of 7 years within the Irish and Australian markets she then joined MJD Executive in early 2015 where she continues to grow a strong recruitment portfolio within the Sydney and Melbourne market.

Having joined MJD Executive as a Specialist Consultant she now focuses on recruiting Legal Executive Assistants, Legal Personal Assistants, Paralegals, Legal Secretaries and other Office Professionals for some of the most highly regarded law firms and professional services organisations in Australia. Genevieve is dedicated to the successful growth of working with high calibre clients and her priority is placing candidates which enhance and add value to their businesses.

Throughout Genevieve’s career, her positive and hard-working consulting style guarantees strong relationship building and professional account management. She is well versed in the needs of clients and gets great satisfaction from placing the perfect candidate in the perfect role.

Suzanne James

Managing Consultant

Suzanne James is our Managing Consultant, who has the dual role of looking after a portfolio of clients and candidates, as well as leading our Consulting team. With over 15 years experience in the recruitment sector specialising in business support placements Suzanne brings a wealth of knowledge and experience that our clients, candidates and team benefit from immensely. Having worked with our General Manager over a number of years the synergy relative to professionalism, standards and outcomes is exactly what we hoped for.

Suzanne has a reputation for exceptional candidate selection and is trusted by many C Suite Executives and candidates to source and secure the right long term fit for their organisation and career. She leads by example and has great respect from the management team and her peers. Suzanne is a strong and competent support recruiter with the capability to assist across all industry sectors, however she does have a particular strength when working with the investment banking, finance, private equity, property and management consulting industries.

Samantha Meanwell

With a background in people orientated roles, moving in to the recruitment space was always of interest to Samantha and has quickly become second nature to her. Helping individuals with something as valuable as their career gives her much pleasure and has driven her to early success in her recruitment career. She has excelled as an office support recruiter, quickly forming a specialisation in the legal support market. We are incredibly proud of her ability to build immediate trust with her clients and candidates, achieved by having honest and open conversations offering effective and efficient solutions. Samantha brings a fabulous energy and enthusiasm to our team with fresh ideas on how to best obtain positive outcomes for her clients and candidates.

Clare O’Brien

Specialist Recruitment Consultant

Clare is an experienced recruiter who thrives on building trusting relationships with quality candidates, strengthening MJD Executives network of new and existing relationships. Understanding and facilitating an individual’s specific desires when it comes to their career motivates Clare to achieve results beyond expectation and fits in with the MJD Executive philosophy perfectly. With an interest in public relations and marketing Clare is diligent in working with advanced technologies and modern recruitment tools that allow her to source and engage with the caliber of talent that MJD Executive endeavors to represent on a consistent basis.

Clare works very closely with our team of Consultants sourcing for a breadth of office support roles across the professional services sector including Executive Assistants, Personal Assistants, Legal support professionals, Team Assistants, Secretaries, Marketing & Sales Coordinators, HR Coordinators and Corporate Receptionists. Her ability to build immediate trust and commitment from the people that she engages with is an asset to our team.


Tanya Nanscawen

Principal Consultant

With more than 15 years’ experience working in the recruitment industry Tanya continues to choose a specialisation in the office support sector, as she enjoys seeing the positive impact that these vital roles can have on a business when the right talent is engaged. As a previous colleague of Martins, Tanya is supportive of his professional yet personable approach to business and desire to make the recruitment process sincerely enjoyable for all involved.

Even whilst leading teams and managing business operations, Tanya always maintained a strong recruitment portfolio of her own, as developing close client and candidate relationships that sought guidance to ensure the right career move was being considered, or the right hire was being made, is what she enjoys most. Also experienced working as an Internal Consultant managing recruitment assignments, coaching line managers to improve their selection processes and supporting senior management with advice in relation to their recruitment functions, Tanya is able to identify with the challenges from an in-house perspective when approaching a recruitment assignment.
